4th of July 2013

Our 4th of July looks identical to last year...and I love our yearly traditions that we have! We always start the day at the parade with the Stone's. That's just what we do. We watch the floats drive by, we wave at the veterans, the firemen, and all the weenie dogs that walk by. We grab candy that is thrown our way, we clap and play in the fountain. We have a great time with our cousins!

Then we head out to our friends, The Falls. They live out in the country, so it is an all day affair. This year we went early to swim and play. The boys are in heaven when we go out there. They get to play and explore and see chickens and drive the Gator and be BOYS! We spent time together, played, ate a delicious dinner and then did fireworks! LOTS of fireworks. Each family brought their own, and each family had tons. It was fun! A bit chaotic, but fun. A couple injuries but nothing too serious, thank the Lord!  That many kids running around with punks and lighters = scary. But they were having a ball. We ended the fireworks with a big one and it was amazing. So. Much. Fun! Thankful for family, friends, and freedom!
