After bowling was PIZZA, cake and presents time! Everyone was starving, bowling takes alot of energy apparently! They scarfed down 4 pizzas in NO time, had a yummmmy cake (Quin might have eaten 3 pieces!) and John got to open lots of great presents just for him! Those boys (and a couple girls) were WILD and having way too much fun. We were ready to release them for GAME TIME. Trying to control that many 7 and 8 year old boys is impossible!
Each kid got a game card to play games with. They had a blast riding the rollercoaster ride, playing games, and earning tickets. Everyone got to pick out prizes afterwards, which proved to be the hardest decision. Ryan and I were just about out of patience at this point, but they were all happy and having a blast, so that's all that really mattered!
John got to invite 4 little friends for his first "sleepover"...so 5 7-year old boys at our house. HA! It was wild, but really they were all super sweet and pretty well behaved! They jumped on the trampoline, watched a movie and were all SOUND asleep when I went to check on them at 12:30. Not to bad at all. I was thinking they'd be up until 3 or 4am. They were up ready to play some more at 7, and after some donuts, they went non stop. Jumping, playing basketball, eating, playing football...being your typical boys =) We definitely survived, and John had a blast which is ALL that matters! It was his special day and I know he loved every minute of it!
