Christmas: Part 1

Yes, our Christmas will be divided into 4 parts. Part one is Christmas with LuLu, Papaw, the Stone's, and Aunt Rachy. We celebrated the weekend before Christmas. On Saturday, LuLu took us on the Polar Express! The boys were so excited to go on the "choo choo" and we kept talking about it until it was time to finally go! Braidy was sure that he would see cows on the choo choo, because of course, Mickey Mouse sees cows on his choo choo. I hope he wasn't disappointed. The elves sang songs, we got to see Santa, we drank hot chocolate and ate a cookie and we read the story of the Polar Express. The boys had a great time and looked so cute in their jammies. Towards the end they all got a little restless, but it was so fun and I know they really enjoyed it! Thank you LuLu for taking us all on the Polar Express! We had a great time!!!

After the train ride we went to LuLu's for some yummy mexican food and presents! The boys all dug into their gifts and it was a wild place to be...and it's only going to get crazier from here on out! John got a marshmallow gun that was a hit (literally), there were blocks and pretend food everywhere. They had a fun time opening and playing. Sweet Quin slept through most of it, but he was spoiled too. What a fun first, first Christmas it was for him!

As always, everyone was so good to us. What really made it fun and special, was having 4 sweet boys there to watch have the time of their lives. I have so many wonderful memories of Christmastime with my family. I love watching my kids make memories of their own with each other. This whole Christmas season has been especially special having a newborn baby boy. Remembering why we even celebrate Christmas in the first place is really put into perspective when we have our very own baby to celebrate with.
